Spiral Freerun is a group which was established on the 18.03.2012. What started off as just a hobby has quickly turned into something in which has become much more serious. The group has had members go onto different paths within their lives, whilst new members have been welcomed in as part of the family.
Spiral Freerun is a team of young people who aim to inspire and motivate the upcoming generations to use their bodies to their full potential and to remove the negative stereotypes which can sometimes be directed towards the beautiful sport of Parkour/ Freerunning. Our aim is to spread the positive impacts that one can be rewarded with through their journey in
Parkour/ Freerunning, combatting fear, building confidence and self belief and to provide people with an insight that the capabilities of movement with your bodies are endless.
Spiral Freerun now successfully runs Parkour classes in and around Bedfordshire, in schools such as Rushmoor, Bedford Academy, Kings Oak Primary, Goldington Academy and more. Whilst securing our permanent venue at the Trinity Arts & Leisure Centre in which classes run several times, weekly.
Alongside the coaching, we also deliver high quality performances and workshops to a multitude of different companies and organisations including: Biddenham International Upper School in 2013-2016, Bedford's Higgins Museum in 2016, Bedford's River Festival 2018, Philharmonic Orchestra's & Much more.
