What is Open Gym?
A place for Parkour, Freerunning, Tricking, Cheerleading, Tumbling, Gymnastics, Breakdancing, Capoiera & many other types of movement combined, Open Gym is a fantastic way of learning new skills without the pressure of being in a class. Our open gym sessions are a totally relaxed session in which participants can train the movements of their choice, and experience the freedom to alter the setup to achieve specific goals.
The unstrcutured sessions are supervised by our team of coaches who are on hand to help should you need it. This session is great for those who are new to Parkour and do not know where to begin.
Not only is Open Gym a great place to refine and develop the skills learnt during the classes, but it is also a great place to network with other participants within the club as well as non members who participate in the sport.
How To Sign Up:
You can sign up by clicking the button at the bottom of this page and choosing the relevant option. Upon completion of our registration form, you will receive an email confirming your submission. One of our admin team will then approve your request to join and add you to the relevant class, where you will receive a further email confirming your enrolment in our classes.

Friday Night - 6pm-9pm
Saturday Afternoon - 1pm-4pm
Cost and T&C's:
Each session costs just £10 and payment will be taken via our online system upon entry. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept cash. Alternatively, we offer a membership option for just £30 which provides access to unlimited open gym sessions throughout the month.
